Our reformer and other pilates equipment group classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of five participants, to ensure each client receives personalised attention, proper guidance, and a safe, effective workout tailored to their individual needs.

REFORMER CORE FOUNDATION

Level: Beginner
Suitable for total beginners.

This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in Reformer practice. The focus will be on mastering the fundamentals: proper breathing techniques, muscle engagement, body awareness, and learning how to operate the equipment with confidence and safety. The Reformer is a signature piece of Pilates equipment featuring a moving carriage, adjustable springs, a pulley system, straps for the arms and legs, and a portable box. Thanks to its larger surface area and adjustable resistance, it offers exceptional versatility and support, allowing movements to be easily modified to suit various fitness levels.Its multipurpose functionality makes the Reformer one of the most widely used Pilates apparatuses around the world, perfect for building a strong and balanced foundation for your Pilates journey.

TOWER CORE ALIGNED

Level: Beginner
Suitable for total beginners.

This beginner-friendly class combines Tower-based exercises with matwork, focusing on building strong Pilates fundamentals. You’ll learn key principles such as breathing techniques, core activation, body awareness, and how to safely use the Tower equipment. The Tower includes a roll-down bar, push-through bar, arm and leg springs, and a stable platform—offering both support and gentle challenge to enhance strength and control.
By combining mat and Tower, this class strengthens the connection between core and posture, making it ideal for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to reinforce foundational movement in a supportive setting.

REFORMER TONE & SCULPT

Level: Intermediate

At least attended 3–5 Core Foundation classes.

This class is designed to tone your body, sculpt lean muscles, and build strength through dynamic, full-body movements. Using the Reformer combined with the split pedal, you'll challenge your stability, coordination, and muscular control on a deeper level.
The Reformer’s moving carriage, adjustable springs, pulley system, and straps provide resistance and support to enhance every movement. With the addition of the split pedal, you’ll experience improved unilateral strength, core engagement, and muscle symmetry. Thanks to its versatile design and adjustable tension, the Reformer allows for a wide range of modifications, making it adaptable for different body types and fitness levels.
