Purchase Policy
At Refine C.A Pilates Studio, we value transparency and consistency. Please read the following policy carefully before making any purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All packages, services, and goods purchased are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, regardless of personal circumstances or schedule changes.

⚠️ Please ensure all PayNow transactions are made only through our official WhatsApp number: +65 8493 3012. Unofficial transactions will not be recognised.
Package Activation & Validity

All packages (except Drop-in class) will automatically be activated one month from the date of first booking. Validity will start if no booking was made after one month.

Drop-in classes will be activated immediately upon purchase and will expire after 14 days, regardless of booking status.
Package Extensions

Extensions are granted only for valid and verifiable reasons (e.g., medical conditions, travel).

A flat fee of SGD 50 applies to each approved extension.

Each package can only be extended once, for a maximum of one month.

Extension requests must be submitted before the original expiry date.
Non-Shareable Packages

Unless clearly stated as shareable, all packages are non-shareable.
The studio reserves the right to forfeit any package found to be shared or transferred in any form (whether free or paid) if labeled as non-shareable.
Payment Terms

Full payment is required before attending any class.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed through approved platforms.
Terms & Conditions
1. Grip Socks Policy
Wearing grip socks is mandatory for all classes to ensure your safety and maintain hygiene standards. Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
2. Punctuality
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow sufficient time for check-in. Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the class has started will be denied entry and the class credit will be forfeited.
3. Classroom Etiquette
We kindly request that you help maintain a clean and organised environment by sanitising equipment and returning all props to their designated places after class.
4. Personal Belongings
Please ensure your belongings are stored securely. The studio is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items.
5. Class Suitability
Please register for classes that are appropriate for your fitness level and Pilates experience, including your familiarity with any specific Pilates equipment. If unsure, our instructors are available for guidance. Your safety and experience are our top priorities.
6. Injuries and Health Conditions
It is your responsibility to inform the studio and your instructor of any current or past injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations prior to the start of each class. If you arrive slightly late, please notify the instructor when approached. Certain conditions may require a medical clearance from your healthcare provider before participating.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or adverse events, including serious outcomes, that may occur before, during, or after class participation.
8. Product Use
While the studio provides high-quality products for use and limited consumption, if you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, we recommend using or bringing your own items. The studio cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions.
9. Policy Enforcement
Customers who refuse to follow studio policies or instructor guidance will be considered as having voluntarily forfeited the session. As such, the class credit will be automatically forfeited and is not eligible for refund.
